What format are the photos in?
All EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN photos are in JPG format.
All of the high quality photos uploaded are at 300 DPI ready for high quality printouts. However you may choose to print you photos at a lower DPI, which can be easily changed with a photo editing software of your choice such as Photoshop. The lowest format is the Web Version which usually is set at 72 DPI.
Other formats such as Photoshop files, gif, etc.. may be sold under zipped files. To sell these formats please contact us, and we'll set you up.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes, you may register as a Photographer, and upload your images. All uploaded materials will be reviewed and approved before posting on the site for sale. Make sure to include the price of all your materials.
If you don't specify the selling price, then default prices will be set for you. If you wish to offer free photo download then set the price to 0.00
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN photos that I download?
Yes. While EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge, providing the photos are posted by EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN photographer. You will not be able to download photos by a specific photographer, since they are selling their photos separately.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN using your details, send a support request.
If I don't have a photo editor software, can EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN edit the size of photos I purchase?
Yes, we will be happy to edit them for you at no charge.
If I want to upload images to a different Category not listed, or create a new Category, can EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN set me up?
Yes, we will gladly set up new Categories for you, just email us the Categories and sub-categories you want us to create for you.
I am a professional photographer and would like to sell my work to private customers. Can EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN set up Private Categories, such as "Tom & Jane's Wedding photos"?
Yes, we can make any Category private, or add private categories, which you will give specific access to your customer of choice. Just email us with the name of your Private Category and we'll be happy to add it.
I am a Photographer on EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN and would like to upload my images to sell. What image and file size should I be using?
Typically all image sizes should be around 6"x8" or 8"x10" at full 300 DPI, but not neccessary. To have smooth uploads, file size should not be more than 3 to 5Megs, if you are choosing the site to create the other formats for sale.
If you wish, you may upload a larger photo over 10Meg, but beware some difficulties may arise in creating other formats by the webserver.
Small file sizes are good. End users may resize the image to suit.
(UPDATE on this paragraph: EVOLUTION STOCK PHOTOS & GRAPHIC DESIGN server has been updated and will be able to handle bigger file sizes).
